RAYA REDEMPTION (“REDEMPTION PROGRAMME”)

Redemption Period: 28 March 2024 – 14 April 2024, 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Celebrate Hari Raya Aidilfitri (“Raya”) with Megah Rise Mall and redeem an exclusive Raya packet and/or Moroccan bowl (“Redemption Item”) when you shop at participating outlets in Megah Rise Mall (excluding promotional kiosks) from 28 March 2024 until 14 April 2024, by presenting eligible receipt(s). Details of redemption are as follows:-

– Spend a minimum of RM100.00 in a in a maximum of two (2) receipts to redeem an exclusive Raya packet

– Spend a minimum of RM300.00 & above in a maximum of two (2) receipts to redeem a Moroccan bowl

2. The Raya packets and Moroccan bowl are redeemable from 28 March 2024 until 14 April 2024 or until Redemption Items have been fully redeemed (whichever is earlier), from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Information Counter, Ground Floor, Megah Rise Mall. Receipt(s) which are issued after 8 p.m. are eligible for the Redemption Programme before 10 p.m. of the next day after the issuance date of such receipt(s).

3. Redemptions must be made on the same day of purchase. Only receipt(s) which are dated on the same day shall be eligible for the Redemption Programme. Redemptions are limited to three (3) redemptions per customer per day.

4. Participants are required to fill up the redemption form via physical copy available at the Information Counter, Ground Floor to participate in the Redemption Programme.

5. Redemption items are subject to stock availability. No disputes will be entertained in the event the items have been fully redeemed.

6. Only original machine-generated receipts with the merchants’ name clearly visible will be accepted. All other receipts, such as credit card transaction receipts, hand written, goods return receipts, duplicate or re-print receipt(s) and deposit receipts etc., will not be accepted.

7. Receipt(s) for transactions from money changers, bill payment and credit top-up is not applicable for this Redemption Programme. Receipt(s) which have been used for this Redemption Programme cannot be used for other redemptions, contests or events which may be simultaneously taking place at Megah Rise Mall.

8. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any receipts that are incomplete, illegible or not original or which do not satisfactorily show proof of purchase.

9. Employees, tenants and promoters of Megah Rise Mall are not eligible to participate in this program and are not permitted to redeem on behalf of customers.

10. The organizer reserves the rights to publish and use the names, personal details, photographs and/or video recordings of the participants including all materials submitted during the Redemption Programme for the purposes of advertising and/or promotion and/or trade publicity for the Redemption Programme, without any prior notice to the participants who by submitting their entries to the Redemption Programme hereby consent to such use by the organizer. All Redemption Programme participants shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of claims or compensation whatsoever on any of the materials submitted during the Redemption Programme. Each participant by redeeming the Redemption Item hereby consents to continue receiving promotional materials and information from PPB Hartabina Sdn Bhd.

11. The organizer reserves the rights at its sole and absolute discretion to amend the terms and conditions mentioned above or in connection with the Redemption Programme at any time without prior notice.

12. The organizer reserves the rights at its sole and absolute discretion to suspend, modify or terminate this Redemption Programme at any time without prior notice.

13. The organizer’s decision is final and no further requests, claims or correspondence whatsoever will be entertained.

14. Upon filling the redemption form and presenting the receipt(s), the participant is deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of this Redemption Programme and the participant acknowledges that he/she has read and understood PPB Hartabina Sdn Bhd’s Privacy Policy and Personal Data Notice which can be found on Megah Rise Mall’s website (https://megahrisemall.com.my/privacy-policy-and-personal-data-notice) and consents to the usage, collecting, recording and processing of his/her personal data for the purposes stated in such notice and in connection herein.
